By accessing or using RadioHear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Free accounts may be subject to usage limits (5 favorites, 3 AI DJ intros/day). Premium and Creator tiers unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.
You may use RadioHear for personal, non-commercial listening and radio creation. You may not: reverse-engineer the platform, scrape station data at scale, redistribute audio streams without station owner permission, use the embed feature to misrepresent station content, or attempt to circumvent tier-based feature restrictions.
Radio streams are provided by independent broadcasters via the RadioBrowser API. RadioHear does not own, control, or endorse the content of any radio station. Station descriptions and DJ commentary may be generated or templated by the platform depending on feature availability.
Content you create in Radio Studio and Journeys remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it when you publish or share it.
Paid plan checkout is not yet available directly from the site. Any references to Premium or Creator access describe feature gates in the current product, not a live self-serve billing promise.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. To request account deletion or data removal, contact us directly until a self-serve deletion flow is available.
RadioHear is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for radio station availability, stream quality, or content broadcast by third-party stations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
